How can I register for a course?

I choose the course I want to take on the EIDL website, and schedule a call with the teaching team to agree on a date. I can also send an email to EIDL at contact@eidl.eu to confirm my interest in a course.

When registration is confirmed, does it mean the course is confirmed?

Your online registration does not mean the course is confirmed. We will confirm the course as soon as we receive a sufficient number of registrations, and send you an email with the confirmation.

When will I know the course is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email from the address contact@eidl.eu with a subject: "Course confirmation".

I have registered on the website, but I haven't received confirmation of any kind. What do I do?

If you do not receive confirmation from EIDL, you should write to us as soon as possible at contact@eidl.eu.

Are there discounts for professional individuals?

When you participate in a EIDL training course, your next participation will amount to a discount of 20%.

Are there discounts for private/public groups and public institutions?

The first course attended by employees of a private group and/or servants of a public institutions is 40% off. Upcoming training courses commissioned by the group or institution will be 20%.

What is the "Trusted Partner" program?

The “Trusted Partner” program has been designed to establish a lasting and beneficial working relationship. EIDL requires its trusted partner to respect 3 fundamental pillars:
‍
- provide the logo of your group or institution for display in the “They Trust Us” section of the EIDL's website's home page.
- follow EIDL's LinkedIn page and post at least once on the social network, tagging EIDL, within 30 days of completing the training course together.
- order at least 3 seminars per year from EIDL, for 3 years from the date of the first seminar (renewable period).

For its part, EIDL offers the trusted partner the first course at 70% off, and all subsequent training courses at 50% off the full price.

When do I have to pay for a course?

The payment needs to be made at least 2 weeks before the course date. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.

When will I receive an invoice?

You will receive an invoice as soon as the payment and your participation is confirmed, via the email you procured EIDL.

I have difficulties at the moment, can I pay after the course?

Our general terms and conditions require the payment to be made prior to the course. In very special cases, payment can be received on the first day of a training course.

However, no payment will be accepted after this date, and access to the rest of the course will be denied.

Are EIDL's courses subjected to VAT?

The course fee shall be exclusive of and not subject to VAT.

Can the programme be changed before the course?

The training received will be that indicated in the course program on the “Courses” page of the website.

Please be advised that the mention of an expert’s name in the programme does not commit EIDL to that particular expert.

In the event that an announced expert does not appear, EIDL will do its best to find a suitable replacement.

Do I receive a certificate after the course?

By the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance. For some courses, an optional exam is included. If you pass this exam you will receive an additional certificate.

Is there a limit to the number of participants for a course?

Yes, for reasons of format and comfort, both for participants and for the expert in charge of training, the number of places per course is limited to 30 participants.

Unless stated differently, registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.

If a course is fully booked, your name can be placed on a waiting-list. You will then be informed if a spot becomes available before the start of the course. Otherwise, if a course is organized regularly, you can register for the next available course date.

Can the course be taught in another language than English?

In some cases, should all participants be French or french speaking professionals, and the expert in charge of training also, thus the training course will be taught in French.

Can I cancel my participation to a course?

In case you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at contact@eidl.eu. For administrative reasons, you will be charged €50 for cancellations received within 7 days before the online course begins.

Can EIDL cancel a course?

EIDL reserves the right to cancel a course. The training course can be cancelled up to one week (7 full days) before the starting date. In that case, the registration fees received will be fully reimbursed. However, EIDL accepts no responsibility for any other payment made or costs incurred.

I have already sent payment, but I want to cancel: will I be reimbursed?

Should you warn EIDL of your intention to cancel before 7 days, you will be reimbursed on the credit card or account provided for the initial payment, save €50 for administrative reasons.

If the cancellation happens between 7 and 1 day prior of the training course, you will be charged €500 on your reimbursement.

If you cancel less than 1 day before the start of the training course, you will not be reimbursed.

Please keep in mind that if you find a suitable substitute replacement to attend the training course in your place, there will be no charges.
