All parties involved in the development, usage, import, distribution, or manufacturing of AI systems will be held accountable. This session will focus on the addressees of the AI act and what it means for businesses and public administrations.

10.30 Risk-Classifications in practice: case studies
The EU Commission designed AI regulation using a risk-based approach, creating a risk pyramid of different risk statuses. Through real-life case studies, this session will test the risk pyramid and the possibility for recipients to assess the risk level of their AI systems.
